Hannah Matthews Moore is a New York City trained Colorist and Stylist. She has trained directly under some of the best in the business such as Lori Zabel, Chris Baran and Kris Sorbie. Her inspiration comes from every day city life- textures and colors that she is intrigued by everyday on her walk to and from the East Village to SoHo. The many photo-shoots and hair shows she’s had the privilege to work on have all contributed to the professional, comfortable and confident hairdresser she is today. She specializes in naturally curly hair and her striking blondes and vibrant reds have been known to turn heads. When behind the chair her focus is on making sure her client can recreate an effortless and manageable routine when they leave, all while doing it with the biggest smile and the best jokes! Hannah also loves traveling for Redken, where she gets to educate other stylists.
Austin moved to Cape Girardeau to pursue his dream of becoming a hairstylist. While enrolled in cosmetology school he started as a salon coordinator, learning all the outs and in of our salon. Upon graduation, Austin began the Associate Program training underneath Kanaan Rhodes. He was also coached one-on-one with our Summit Coach to enhance his leadership skills to become Salon Manager of our company. Austin believes education is a top priority in his career, not only for himself but for his guest, too. Austin is a Redken Specialist with future plans of being Hair Color, Design and Finish certified. Austin wants to become a Redken Artist so that he can travel and spread his knowledge to help other stylists around the US. Whether he is behind the chair or working an event in the community, we guarantee you’ll be greeted with a warm smile and eagerness to help.
A quote he lives by is, “If you don’t go after what you want, you will never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer will always be no. If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place.”
From Naples, Fl. Christi knew she wanted to be a Cosmetologist since she was in middle school. She graduated high school at 15, enrolled in Cosmetology School immediately, obtained her license in 1996, and never looked back. She enjoys every area of the Beauty Industry and has experience doing hair and make-up for modeling agencies out of Sarasota. Christi has even owned her own salons and been part of management but her passion is one on one experiences with the guests in her chair. She has also competed in hair competitions and believes constant learning and challenging herself is the cornerstone of staying relevant, and being able to offer my guests the best services and education. Christi is a color correction specialist and loves BIG challenges.
Moving to Cape Girardeau 2 months ago with her boyfriend and three kids, she is ready to become a part of this community.

Tierra, originally from Chicago has made herself at home in Cape Girardeau for the past 15 years. She graduated from Renasaince Beauty Academy in 2019 and has trained under a few Redken stylists and National Educators. Tierra will always be willing to continue her education and is excited to prepare to take on becoming a National Educator herself. She considers herself as a versatile stylist doing any and all hair types. There is no limit in the services she wants to offer and plans on adding many more behind the chair but vivids and clipper cutting will always be her favorite. Educating her guests is on the top of her priority list when you sit in her chair so you can recreate your looks at home; because when you look good you feel good!
On top of doing hair Tierra is a mother of 2 beautiful boys. Everything she does is to make them proud and wants to set an example of following and achieving dreams.
She loves working at 'the room.' and being a 'roommate' because everyone is like family. Everyone feels comfortable being themselves without judgment. Tierra feels Salon Owner Kanaan and Salon Manager Austin are her mentors and far more than just her "boss".
