Salon policies

Chemical Services

Informing your services provider about any and all colors or chemical services done in the past 2 years is crucial.  Any information withheld regarding my previous processes will increase chances for damage and the potential for unpredictable chemical reactions. It may take multiple-processes to achieve desired results depending on previous color and desired end results. Chemical processes may cause some damage to the integrity of hair. All service providers  will recommend in-salon and home use products to improve the health of a guests hair as well as maintain the results after the color service. Results cannot be guaranteed if guest chooses to not purchase professional haircare at our Salon Company. recommendations. All services providers are certified cosmetologist license holders and have been fully trained in the service technique and will also do their absolute best to create the desired result. Color/chemical services are non-refundable. Should an unpredictable or undesired result occur I understand the services provider will work tirelessly to achieve a desired result while trying to keep the integrity of the hair, therefore as on ongoing agreement. the room. or its employees cannot be held liable if guest is using ANY or have used any unprofessional hair products within the last 2 years due to the uncertanty of the chemical reaction that could be caused by using the non professional products. You may notify the room. Hair Design Studio within 7 days after receiving  color services if I experience undesired results.

Cancellations/ No shows

Your reservations are very important to the roommates. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary for you and life happens; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We also miss out on opportunities to provide for our families. We absolutely love our job and have fun pampering our guests, please understand it is our livelihood as well! Any reservations for high end services such as, but not limited to color, foiling, locs and braids will require a $50 deposit. At your appointment this deposit can be used towards your services or remain on your account to book your next reservation. Any cancelation under 24 hours or a no-show will result in a forfeit of the $50 deposit to compensate your service provider. If the reservation is canceled before 24 hours the $50 deposit can be refunded or stay on your account to reserve any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Your time is very important to us. It's our goal to provide you with focused attention and consideration while we tend to your beauty needs. Likewise, our time is important to all guests who reserve it. For this reason, any guest arrival more than 15 minutes beyond the reserved time may be rescheduled by our roommates as necessary. We understand that life happens, and we will address any and all situations as best as we can to safeguard overall satisfaction. Any late high end services, such as, but not limited to color, foiling, locs and braids.  Arrivals past 15 minutes that cannot be serviced will result in a $50 deposit forfeit. If reservation needs to be reschedule an addition $50 deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.  If the service provider can perform a shortened or altered service to still accommodate guest, the full total of reservation will still be charged.

When the Salon Company needs to reschedule

Our team stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor a discount off of 25% off on your next service. Unfortunately, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of the salons hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, weather etc... that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your reservation. The discount will not apply.
