A credit or debit card will be required to be added to your client profile at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our cancelation/no-show policies. Any reservation canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the services booked. This fee will be charged to the card on file at the time of cancelation. Any reservation that a guest does not show up for, arrives more than 15 minutes late for and stylist can no longer accommodate, or same day cancellations will be considered a “no-show” and will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service total booked. This fee will be charged to the card on file at the time of canceling or 15 minutes after the no showed reservation. It is imperative the guest reads and understands this new policy as no exceptions will be made.
Our team stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor a discount off of 25% off on your next service. Unfortunately, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of the salons hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, weather etc... that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your reservation.
